Pre-stamp envelope written from Porto dated '31st Dec 1791' addressed to Dublin endorsed 'Forwarded Lisbon 14th Jan 1792' on reverse with m/s 'Per Packet' and carried on the Falmouth Packet to London with Foreign Office 'Bishopmark' and London Bishop 'Ja 31/ 92', routed via Holyhead with Irish Bishopmark on reverse 'Fe/5', rated '1/6 applied at Falmouth and erased and further charged '6d' for the London to Dublin total '2s'.
